We started by reworking the layout of the apartment and updating the plumbing, electricity and flooring. The new kitchen features an integrated island and dining table, with a minimalist wall design that forgoes upper storage. We highlighted the apartment’s long hallway with recessed lighting and a lowered ceiling to accommodate the AC. Custom carpentry elements include a TV unit that combines functionality with aesthetics, along with an entrance closet featuring designated storage for keys and a charging pad. We designed tailored closets for all three bedrooms and renovated two bathrooms to enhance, as always, both style and functionality.

In this process we transformed the apartment with a new layout, new kitchen, and smart design solutions, blending form and function throughout the space.
